Assess the textile before the job
An overall photo shows the item or surface; a close-up helps identify the fabric and visible dirt. Include the care label if available. We do not choose a method or estimate drying time without first assessing the material.
Organise your enquiry by item
Group the carpets and upholstered items that need attention and tell us how many there are of each type. For hotels and other accommodation, explain where they are and the access conditions. The quote defines the scope; general hotel cleaning is not automatically included.
